Refund policy
30-Day “Love It or Return It” Guarantee – We stand behind every product we sell.
We want you to absolutely love your Ash & Linen products. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window with a prepaid return label (a $9.99 processing fee applies to refunds).
1) Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (as marked by the carrier).
2) Return Eligibility
Items must be in clean, like-new, resalable condition. Brief testing (e.g., trying on the bed to assess feel) is okay, but items must be free of stains, tears, odors, pet hair, or excessive wear. Washed or heavily used items may be refused. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
3) Return Options (Your Choice)
• Refund to original payment method: A $9.99 return processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund.
• Store credit: Issued as an electronic gift card/code for the approved return amount with no return processing fee.
Original shipping charges (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
4) Return Shipping
Approved returns include a prepaid return label, and we cover the return label cost.
5) Exchanges
Exchanges are free to process. We provide a prepaid return label for approved exchanges and cover outbound standard shipping for the replacement item. Expedited shipping is not included unless separately purchased. If the replacement item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.
6) Return Limits
We allow a maximum of 2 refunded items of the same product type per customer/household across all orders. Product types include, for example: comforters, sheet sets, and pillowcase sets. We reserve the right to limit or deny returns at our discretion in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive returns.
7) Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ashandlinen.co with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including associated shipping/fees where applicable.
9) If Return Is Not Approved
If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, we may return the item to you at your expense or donate/dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.
10) Return Send-Back Deadline (RMA)
Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back (carrier scan) within 14 days of return approval. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled.
11) How to Start a Return
Email support@ashandlinen.co with:
• your order number
• item(s) you’d like to return
• reason for return
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
12) Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
13) Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. We can only attempt to change or cancel orders before shipment. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
14) International Orders
If you place an international order, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
15) Policy Enforcement
Ash & Linen reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
