At Ash & Linen, we aim to ship quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver reliably.
1) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing may take longer.
2) U.S. Shipping Rates
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts) to the contiguous U.S.
• Orders under $100 are charged shipping at checkout
3) U.S. Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, standard shipping typically arrives within 4–8 business days in the continental U.S.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays.
4) Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Please note: expedited transit begins after order processing (not at the moment the order is placed).
Expedited shipping availability may vary by item and destination.
5) Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are typically longer than continental U.S. estimates.
Additional shipping charges may apply at checkout.
6) International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Free shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders unless explicitly stated.
• Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing.
7) Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
These charges are set by local authorities and are outside our control.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, and returned to us, return shipping and related fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.
8) Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.
An order is considered shipped once it receives a carrier scan.
9) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Ash & Linen is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
10) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After an order is handed to the carrier, transit is managed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@ashandlinen.co and we’ll help open a carrier investigation.
Please contact us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan for delivered-but-not-received claims.
We are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
11) Shipping Carriers
We may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers depending on destination, service level, and logistics availability.
12) Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. We can only attempt order changes or cancellations before shipment.
Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
