Welcome to Ash & Linen. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at ashandlinen.co and any purchases made from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel, limit, hold, or refuse any order for reasons including:

• shipping restrictions
We may request additional verification before fulfilling an order. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where possible.

Applicable sales tax may be charged based on destination and local requirements. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
For international shipments, we are not responsible for customs processing times, delays, or fees imposed by customs authorities.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy as posted on the site at the time you submit your return request, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8) Promotions, Discounts & Gift Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and offers may be modified or ended at any time without notice. Unless explicitly stated, offers cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value and are subject to applicable exclusions and expiration dates.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product/order.

16) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, your use of the site, or your purchase of products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
